The USTA Tennis Tournament is an exciting national event.

On July 11th through the 19th The United States Tennis Association Futures comes to Peoria. This tournament is a landmark event that has generated over $50,000 for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Peoria. Each July, over 100 players converge on the Clubs of River City to compete for a $10,000 purse, plus the all important ATP points. Several champion tennis players including Jesse Witten and Amer Delic have soared through the tennis rankings since their initial success in the USTA Futures of Peoria.

Everyone is urged to attend this exciting national sports event and support the participants, officials, coaches and sponsors that make this event so successful.

Besides the monetary contributions we have received from the USTA Futures of Peoria organization, we have their encouragement and talents to thank for the new summer tennis program offered at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Peoria. With their guidance, we are able to offer tennis instruction at varied skill levels to all members of our Club.
